First ever author event was Monday night, and I was nervous. I even knew most of the ladies attending, but still, I'd never had to be in the spotlight with them, and I was....NERVOUS.  It's just my hometown, after all.  This town has known me my whole life--I'm nobody special.  Why on earth would they want to come see me.  :-) But the Book Club Babes of Port Neches were so gracious and wonderful and such a hoot!!!
